Dispatch Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 5 working days. Because our products come from different suppliers, dispatch times may vary. Some suppliers may require a little longer during busy periods.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains items from more than one supplier, they may arrive in separate parcels. You will always receive tracking information for each shipment where available.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the courier and your location. Standard delivery within the UK usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Delays

While we aim to meet all stated timeframes, occasional delays can occur due to supplier processing times, stock availability, or courier issues.
